Overview
The Zurich Program on Law and Normative Reflection is run by the law group of the URPP Equality of Opportunity. It is designed to provide a space at Zurich University for inter-disciplinary reflection about research focused on law. It sets out to bring together researchers and students at the Faculty of Law but also colleagues and students from others disciplines who have an interest in law and legal thinking. It is grounded in the conviction that law and legal reflection have an important part to play in the academic debate on matters of current concern not just in the context of the humanities but also in relation to social and natural sciences. The focus of the program is on legal rules and institutions, as well as on constitutionalism and the rule of law at home and abroad.
